Refund & Cancellation Policy

LKS P LLC provides marketing services to business customers on a recurring, subscription (retainer) basis. This policy explains our billing, cancellation, and refund terms. It applies alongside the individual written agreement that governs each engagement; where that agreement differs, the agreement controls.

1. Business Customers Only

Our services are offered exclusively to businesses for their commercial purposes. We do not provide services to consumers, and engagements are not consumer transactions.

2. Recurring Billing

Services are billed as a recurring monthly retainer starting at $1,500 per month. Unless your agreement states otherwise, the retainer is charged in advance at the start of each monthly billing period through our payment processor (Stripe) and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The exact monthly amount and billing date are set out in your individual agreement and shown on your invoice.

3. What We Charge For

The retainer covers our agency services only — media buying, creative production, funnel and conversion work, and campaign management. Your advertising budget (the media spend paid to platforms such as Google and Meta) is not charged by us; you pay it directly to those advertising platforms from your own accounts.

4. Cancellation

There is no minimum term and no long-term lock-in. You may cancel your recurring engagement at any time by emailing lukas@lks-p.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. The billing period already in progress remains payable, and services continue through the end of that paid period.

5. Refunds

Because our services involve work performed during each billing period, monthly retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us within 14 days at lukas@lks-p.com and we will review the charge and issue a refund where appropriate.

6. Billing Questions & Disputes

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at lukas@lks-p.com so we can resolve it directly and promptly — this is usually faster than a formal dispute.
