4. Fees & Billing

Our services are offered to business customers only and are billed as a recurring monthly retainer starting at $1,500 per month. Unless your agreement states otherwise, the retainer is charged automatically in advance each month through our payment processor (Stripe) and renews until cancelled. By providing a payment method you authorize these recurring charges. The retainer covers our agency services only; any advertising budget (media spend) is paid by you directly to the relevant advertising platforms and is not charged by LKS P LLC. There is no minimum term — you may cancel at any time, and cancellation, billing, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by LKS P LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
